MINISTRY OF FINANCE OF THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION.RESOLUTION. Moscow. 01/02/2016.
On approval of forms of documents required forspecial registration of legal entities and individual entrepreneurs engaged in transactions with precious metals and precious stones.
In accordance with RF Government Resolution as of October 1, 2015 No. 1052 "On the conduct of special registration of legal entities and individual entrepreneurs engaged in transactions with precious metals and precious stones"(Collection of Legislative Acts of the Russian Federation, 2015, No. 41, p. 5663), it is resolved to:
1. Approve:
- the form of special registration of legal entities and individual entrepreneurs engaged in transactions with precious metals and precious stones;
- the form of notice on registration of legal entities and individual entrepreneurs engaged in transactions with precious metals and precious stones, and assignment of registration number;
- the form of notice on failure to perfrom special registration of legal entities and individual entrepreneurs engaged in transactions with precious metals and precious stones;
- the form of notice on entering into the register of legal entities and individual entrepreneurs engaged in transactions with precious metals and precious stones;
-the form of notice on failure to enter into the register of legal entities and individual entrepreneurs engaged in transactions with precious metals and precious stones.
2. Director of Administrative Department A.A. Ahpolov shall be charged with monitoring the execution of this Resolution.
3. Declare the Resolution of Finance of the Russian Federation as of June 16, 2003 No. 51н ‘On special registration of legal entities and individual entrepreneurs engaged in transactions with precious metals and precious stones’ as invalid.
