Seligdar to introduce main objects of Ryabinovy Gold recovery plant by 2017

In the fourth quarter of 2016, Seligdar PJSC is planning to put into operation the main body of the ore-dressing plant, tailings facility, tailings dam of Ryabinovy Gold Recovery Plant, Sergey Tatarinov, Director General, said. Earlier Seligdar expected to run Ryabinovy Gold Recovery Plant in the beginning of 2016. “The planned capacity of a plant is 2 tons of gold per year, which is about 200-300 kg per month, Sergey Tatarinov said in an interview to “Yakutia”. - Funds from this sales volume will be enough for current funding of enterprise, and it will reduce our dependence on loans. In 2016, “Seligdar” is planning to increase gold production by 35%. Sergey Tatarinov explains this growth by management and production technologies upgrading. As of May 25, “Seligdar” enterprises recovered 300 kg of gold, which is 50% more than in the same period last year. According to Tatarinov, “Seligdar” intends to participate in the auction, which is planned for 2017, on Gora Rudnaya mine with reserves of 15 tons of gold. In December 2015, “Seligdar” acquired Purikanskoe area in the Aldan district, with a resource capacity of 6.8 tons of gold; geological prospecting work is underway at the moment. The company expects that this site will supply the reserves of Podgolechoe mine, which will soon be exhausted. As reported, according to the results of 2015, “Seligdar” holding companies reduced gold production by 5.8% compared with a previous year to 3.464 tons, including Ryabinovoe LLC cleaned up 676 kg. In 2016, it has been planned to increase total production to 4.74 tons of gold. “Seligdar” polymetallic holding was established in 2008 on the basis of gold-mining cooperative. In terms of gold production it occupies the 10th place among the largest gold producers in Russia. The holding includes 13 enterprises in Yakutia, Altai Krai, Buryatia, Orenburg Region and Khabarovsk Krai. It has licenses for the development and exploration of 28 placer and gold deposits, 13 of which are already being mined, as well as tin development and extraction license.
