“OAO Susumanzolotogot net profit of 1.025 billion rubles in the first half of 2016 according to RAS, which is 2.9 times more than in the same period of the previous year,”according to the Business News Agency PRIME.
Profit before tax amounted to 1.271 billion (an increase of 2.9 times), sales profit - 1.256 billion (an increase of 2.8 times). The company's revenue in the reporting period increased by 69.4% to 3.721 billion rubles, while the cost of sales increased by 43.2% to 2.362 billion rubles.
In the 2ndquarter, the company sent precious metals for processing into:
- OAO Uralelectromed (service cost 4.387 million rubles);
- OAO Krastsvetmet (2.517 million rubles);
- OAO Priokskiy Nonferrous Metals Plant (741,728 rubles);
- ZAO Kyshtym Copper Electrolyte Plant (11.23 million rubles).
As reported, Susumanzoloto increased gold production in January-June 2016 by 11% compared with the same period of the previous year, up to 1337.9 kg.
Susumanzoloto is among the ten largest gold producers in Russia.In 2015, all its enterprises extracted 4,234.4 kg of gold, which is 6.58% higher than in 2014 (3,973 kg).
