2007 - Technical auditing and integrated consultancy for the Customer (FSUE Moscow Special Alloys Processing Plant).
The purpose of the integrated consultation services:
- optimization of the silver refining at the FSUE Moscow Special Alloys Processing Plant (decreasing the refining costs, upgrading the equipment and the technological flow chart of the production, engineering service lines, ventilation and gas treatment systems, automation of recycling processes).
List of recommendations:
- process regulations were developed;
- revisions were introduced into the technological process.
Results of the implementation:
- electrolysis efficiency increased by a factor of 3 to 5;
- lower production residues in the form of spent electrolytes;
- less materials in process and higher direct metal yield to the end product.
