The Russian Federal Agency on Subsoil Usage (Rosnedra) has updated the list of federal subsoil sites of solid minerals, in connection with the entry into force of the Federal Law of July 3, 2016 N279-FZ, the list includes 372 sites.
In particular, the list 65 includes fields containing the gold and other precious metals, among the others:
• Bystrinskoye;
• Klyuchevskoye;
• Sukhoy Log;
• Blagodatnoye;
• Olimpiadinskoye;
• Natalkinskoye;
• Mnogovershinnoye;
• Kupol;
• Mayskoye;
• Chertovo Koryto;
• Kyuchus;
• Pavlik;
• Alyuazinskoye;
• Dvoynoye;
• Peschanka;
• Malomyrskoye;
• Pioner;
• Verninskoye;
• Viksha;
• Maomyzhskoye;
• Kekura.
As reported, to areas of federal importance are fields with recoverable reserves of 50 tons of gold.
The Federal Law 279 has made changes to the law “On subsurface and subsurface use”, including allowing subsoil users of the sites of federal significance in the event of finding associated minerals not specified in the license to contact the federal agency managing the state subsoil fund or territorial authority with the application for amending the license.
